Ame Pure Skin Care Set Review

Hi guys so I'm going to be reviewing the Ame Pure CIT face roller kit again as now I've been using it for around 5 months which allows me to give you all a very detailed and accurate reveiw.

Here's a link to my first 'Ame Pure Skin Care Set Review' :

http://simplyykatiee.blogspot.co.uk/2015/09/ame-pure-review.html?m=1

So if you didn't know what an "Ame Pure Skincare Set" was or looked like here's a quick description and a picture :

Finally, a home solution to treat your troubled skin. Clinically trialled and tested with significant proven effectiveness.
The CIT Face Roller Basic is the definitive skin rejuvenation and recovery treatment. Simple, effective and suitable for all skin types and tones. The âme pure CIT Roller delivers thousands of microscopic punctures to the outer epidermis of the skin which in turn stimulates the production of new collagen and elastin. As with other re-surfacing techniques, this superficial abrasion without the removal of the healthy epidermis induces rapid healing and with minimal discomfort.
The CIT Face Roller Basic contains everything you need for complete skin recovery and will correct many of the most common concerns:

- Acne scars

- Enlarged pores

- Scars from surgery or burns

- Pigmentation or uneven skin tone

- Wrinkle reduction
- Tightens sagging skin
- Balances oily skin
- Smoothes skin texture

Me and my mum tried it out now for 5 months and I'm a bit mixed emotions with the results.

Personally, being a teenager I don't have many wrinkles but I have problematic skin so I thought I'd see if it helped that! My mum also used it for a bit to test to see if it reduced wrinkles and I was extremely shocked with the results as it worked a treat, my mum LOVES it!
I would say you would need to to use it for about 6 weeks before noticing any slight differences but it's honestly worth the wait!

We found that the only place it removed wrinkles was around the eyes, it didn't make a huge difference but you could see what the product had done!

At first it would make my skin very red and blotchy but eventually my skin got used to it and made my blemishes go down. But then as I kept using it, I stopped noticing any effects so I passed it back on to my mum.

Let me know what your results were like if you have ever used this product or anything similar!

Here is the link to purchase a kit for yourself, you can also get stretch mark removing kits and cellulite removing ones!

What I've Been Loving Recently (Click Here To Read)

Hello babes!!

So from now on I'm going to be posting a new blog post every Sunday, in today's post I'm showing and reviewing the products which I've been loving recently. Well let's get on with it...

The first thing that I've been loving are the "Schmidt's Natural Deodorants"!
These deodorants are :

• Fast-absorbing. Non-greasy, non-sticky feel.

• Free of aluminum, propylene glycol, parabens & phthalates.

• Vegan.

For the set of 5 deodorants its £43.99 and for 1 deodorant on its own it is £8.99.

Next I've really been loving just makeup wipes in general!
These wipes were super affordable as they were from 'Poundland' - £1 for 2 packs of each of these wipes!

I have been loving makeup wipes recently as they are just super easy to remove my makeup late at night when I'm feeling a bit tired, as school work & homework is really stressing me out till the early hours, so these makeup wipes are the first thing I grab before tucking into bed! Such a time saving product! In addition I love the ones in the pictures as they are super cheap and very moist so they remove all my mascara so quickly!

I have been LOVING this 'Denman' hair brush in the style 'Tangle Tamer Ultra'.
The Tangle Tamer Ultra is perfect for detangling long, thick hair! The super-soft nylon bristles gently glide through the hair, removing tangles. An air-cushioned pad follows the contour of the head for smooth damage-free grooming. This brush is also ideal for grooming and detangling hair extensions and wigs.

This costs £12.50 and is available in a number of other colours!

Then lastly, I've been loving my new makeup brush holder (well... It's actually a plant pot hehe).
This pot is super cute, it's a baby pink colour that is mega good quality and really easy to wash if your makeup gets on it!

This was from 'Wilko' and was only £1.50 - what's not to like?!

So that's everything that I have been really enjoying recently, I know it's not a lot but but i just whittled it down to my all-time favourites & I didn't want to bore you all!

If you guys enjoyed this blog post then please leave a comment and don't forget to follow my blog!

Hello everyone!

Today's blog post is a very requested and exciting post! I recently purchased a new makeup storage system from eBay, which cost me £40, it's basically a set of 6 acrylic drawers, with each drawer being 3.5cm high so you can fit wider products in these drawers unlike the muji ones. On top of this set of drawers I have a small acrylic makeup holder which I purchased from the shop called tiger for £7. Here is what it looks like.
I keep my everyday makeup in this holder, some of this includes,

~ Urban Decay Setting Spray
~ Mac Studio Fix Powder Foundation NC15

~ Mini Benefit Porefessional
~ PS Love Eyebrow Powder
~ Loreal Telescopic Mascara

And a few more things which are seen in the picture.

Then behind that I keep my makeup brushes in a pot, which is in fact a plant pot from Wilko, I was only £1.50. They all looks like this...

This is my second drawer which has all of my setting powders, foundations, concealers and primers.
A few of my favourites are the Maybelline New York  Eraser Eye Concealer, Rimmel Stay Matte Powder and thee Bare Minerals Prime Time Primer.

This is my third drawer in my acrylic storage drawers which holds all my eyeshadow pallete and single eyeshadows.
In this drawer I love my Maybelline Colour Tattoos, especially eye one in the shade 'Creme De Nude'. I also love my I Heart Makeup Pink Chocolate Bar Pallet.

This is my fourth drawer which I keep a number of eye products in, such as, eye primers, brow products, eyeliners and mascaras.
My favourite eyeliner is the Lord & Berry Liquid Eyeliner, I also love thee mini Benefit Bad Gal Lash Mascara, Collection Brow Kit and The Body Shop All In One Insta Blur Eye Primer.

This is my fifth drawer which I keep all my lipsticks, lipglosses and liquid lipsticks.

This is what my set of drawers looks like from the side...

Well that's all in my makeup collection, I hope you all enjoyed reading this post, I'm super happy with how this post turned out as I took all the photos on my new camera so they are much better quality. From now on all my blog photos will be taken with my new camera yay!

How To Get Freebies From Companies / Noticed By Brands?!

Hello babes!

Today I'm doing a blog post on something that I get asked 24/7 on Instagram so I thought I'd do a whole blog post on how to get noticed by brands, getting sent products from them for free in return for posts on your social media platforms! In this blog post I'll give you guys my tips and tricks on how to make this happen...

I personally love receiving products from brands as I love finding new products that work a treat so then I can share my love for them to you guys, allowing you all to know what actually works and what doesn't. I'm incredibly grateful for everything that I'm sent by brands and I'm making this post so I can let you guys know how to get brands to notice you so you can share lots more of a range of different, amazing products that you recommend with your viewers, not to get 'free' things.

~ So firstly if you want brands to contact you they need a method of contact in order to contact you, this is mainly done by email, so I would suggest you to make a new email account for brands to contact you so it doesn't get lost amongst tonnes of other spam mails you at be receiving in other email inboxes.

Once you have made this email you need to display it in either your Instagram bio, YouTube description box, or in the banner of your blog etc so if companies do like the look of your social media platform then they know how to contact you.

~ If you know a certain brand that sends products out to instagrammers and bloggers as you have been seeing lots of people promoting them on social medias, then follow their Instagram and like a few of their pictures and in most cases if they are smaller companies they will follow you back and that gives them a chance to see you account to consider a collaboration with them, and if your email is in your bio then that lets the companies know that you can be contacted easily if they like the look of your account.

~ So if your really struggling to get brands to notice you and reach out to you, which don't be disheartened by as there are thousands of bloggers and instagrammers and youtubers out there, and you think a certain companies products are suited to your viewers then you can email them yourself, when you email them you don't want to seem like you are begging for free things as that's not very professional, and if that's why your emailing them then you shouldn't, like I said you should be requesting free samples as you think their products will be suited to your viewers and want to share your thoughts on the product. You need to be very formal with them and just let them know that if they ever need anyone to promote their products your an email away, then that way the company knows your willing to try out their products if they ever need anyone to! Remember to sign of the email with something like "Many Thanks, your name" to stay professional.

~ Brands are more likely to be interested in sending out samples to you or collaborating with you, if you have, out of your own will, already posted some pictures of their products or wrote about them. Why? Because then your demonstrating that you are so genuinely interested in a brand that you wrote about them without any intentions on just getting freebies which makes you a more interesting blogger/Instagrammer/youtuber to work with. It also shows that you know and understand the brand, and aren’t just fishing for say, free makeup.

So there are all my tips and tricks for y'all!
Do remember that bloggers and instagrammers who only blog and post pictures for the free items don't get far, blog because it's your passion and you enjoy doing it!

Comment below any tips and tricks that you may have, I'm sure we would all love to read them!

See you all soon, Katie. X
